Do you support technical issues?

We draw on decades of expertise and experience in silo construction and know where the special needs and challenges lie in the individual sectors - we also have the right solution for complex cases. Since we have one hand in the development, planning and production of all products, you will receive technical information directly from the manufacturer - from the design to the appropriate filling and removal technology to assembly.
Are special sizes realized?
yes Our silos are individually adapted to the requirements of the project. Instead of standard sizes and models, we offer individual adjustments to spatial conditions and bulk material properties - true to our motto that even in difficult cases there is always a construction solution. We manufacture flexible silos from high-tech fabric for suspension in steel or wood constructions and take into account the individual customer requirements for dimensions and designs - whether as a round, rectangular or octagonal silo. Because we work with our own metal processing and our own sewing, the support frame and silo body can be tailored to your project.
Can existing systems be expanded?
yes We also plan extensions, extensions and modernizations of existing silo systems. Our silos are compatible with all common filling and removal devices from all manufacturers, so that new components can usually be easily integrated into existing systems. In addition to the supporting structure and the silo body, we also provide all the necessary accessories - from the removal technology to the filling lines to hoses. Since all components are manufactured on our own and made to measure, we can individually tailor extensions to the existing system and the local space conditions.
What information is required for planning?
For precise planning, we need information on the bulk material (type and properties of the material to be stored), for desired storage capacity, for used conveyor technology (filling and removal) as well as to the space conditions at the place of installation. The required silo volume results from the required mass divided by the bulk density - for wood pellets with around 650 kg/m³, one ton corresponds to around 1.54 m³; You should also plan about a third of the reserve for the bulk cone, filling room and emptying of residues. On this basis, we tailor the design, supporting structure and accessories individually to your spatial conditions and the bulk material properties.
